WHO ARE THE INSTRUCTORS?
TONYA
Tonya, a native Philadelphian currently holds a BFA in theatre from the University of the Arts. She has studied extensively with Barabara Sommerville; Yale school of Drama, Walter Dallas; Freedom Theatre and has directed and coached children and adults in plays throughout the United States. Tonya can be seen in comercials and tours her one-woman show throughout the country. Stay tuned for california dates. Tonya is in pre-production for the Film Many Faces.

WHAT DO I NEED FOR THE FIRST CLASS?
Be ready to move around with loose fitting comfortable clothing, (no hoochie outfits). We move around a-lot.
Also, have a 2-minute monologue of your choice, one song and be prepared to tell a joke.
WHAT IF I DONT HAVE A MONOLOGUE OR CAN'T SING?
There is no such thing as can't. Have a song and simply do your best.
(No Happy Birthday or National Anthem or Row Row your Boat etc. etc.)
Go to Samuel French (book store in Hollywood and one on Ventura in the Valley) and they have tons of
monologue books. Choose material close to your age.
CAN I GET IN A TV SHOW OR FILM FROM TAKING THE CLASS?
Thats a good question. No, we do not guarantee any work in film and television. Once you are done your
six-week session, you will have a thorough understanding of how this industry works. In the past, some of our students have done background work and one or two liners from networking with guest casting associates, young filmmakers, writers and directors auditing or visiting the class.
CAN YOU HELP ME GET THREE SAG VOUCHERS SO THAT I CAN JOIN THE UNION?
No, we cannot help you obtain Sag vouchers, However, each session qualified students may be chosen to work on the set of a movie or TV show and in the past , some have been able to attain vouchers. We also have contacts who can further assist you in obtaining SAG vouchers.
CAN I GET MY MONEY BACK? I Do NOT LIKE THE CLASS.
You have a right to have a full refund after the first class. You will know whether the class is right for you after the first one. Upon request, we will mail your full refund to you within 5 business days. If you continue to come
to class after the first one, there is no refund on the session.
IF I STOP CLASS, CAN I FORWARD MY MONEY TO NEXT SESSION?
Unfortunately, you cannot roll-over your money like roll-over minutes to the next session. There are already
many people on our waiting list for class, and space is limited.
